48. Make an awesome pillowcase.
The pictures are of the pillow before and after I put on the owl.

I took a existing pillowcase and used that to get the measurements for the one I wanted to make. It was surprisingly easy, my sewing machine worked fine for once. After sewing it into the basic pillowcase, I attached the owl (which I made out of scraps).
(REMEMBER: when sewing the basic pillowcase shape, remember that most pillowcases have a large 4" seam at the top.)
